our pricing policy

First and foremost your experience on an event is more important to us than profit margins!

Our aim is to keep the costs as low as possible.

Our pricing is governed by the varying costs of hiring these popular event locations, however we constantly review our pricing in order to give our guests the best value for money.

Prices are calculated on the venue cost, plus Beyond the Grave travelling expenses / our charge. ( our charge is generally approx £200) 

For example 

Your Venue = £600   /   BTG costs = £200    /  = £800    

If you have 12 guests , it would work out at = £ 66 pp. If you had 20 guests, = £40 etc

 

However, as its your event, your choice, you do not have to stick to the UK. IF you wish to do Ireland / Channel Islands / Europe, again, we are willing to arrange this for you, however our charge would increase as it will incorporate our return travel ( flight if needed and accommodation- 1-2 nights dependant on flight times, location. Please dont worry, we will provide flight cost/ accommodation cost to you so that you can be assured that we are not flying business class ordering MOET or staying at a 5* hotel - which i admit, would be lovely  ). We cater for any price range.

 

Beyond the Grave reserve the right to alter the pricing should the need arise. In this rare circumstance guests will be informed either in writing or via a phone call.

However we have never needed to do this and once a price is quoted, that is the price you pay until we do another event at that location where it may be the case that the price is altered.
